Natlaie I saw the film twice. I’m a huge fan of the genre. I didn’t mind some of it, I hated parts of it, and I was impressed with the teachicnl aspects of the film based on the budget. I will say, the part you so soundly dismissed is actually an important part. Cis people making movies about trans people have historically been utter rubbish. I can’t think of one off hand that wasn’t full of crap. This film included. Much like straight people have been notoriously bad at films dealing with gay men and lesbians, cis people seem to be really bad with trans characters.I don’t want to get into the finer points of the film here, but I can. I will say that the second viewing I watched it with two friends and my bf (all cis one gay 2 straight) who had no knowledge of the film beforehand. They all assumed the characters were gay men who did drag, not trans women. We also thought the final scene the empowerment part was played for laughs and that the final revenge was flat. I’m also curious and genuinely so, what Real discussion is happening around the film? What was discussed at your panel? Because I’m really not seeing much discussion beyond This movies has problems > STOP CENSORING ART!!! XOMG!!11one!!

Did you watch the movie Titus’ with Anthony Hopkins? It’s really good.His tagric flaw, especially at the beginning of the play, was his devotion to the Roman tradition of handing the emperor’s crown down to the eldest son. In this case, the eldest son, Saturnine, is a total obvious jacka.ss and Titus chose to ignore the fact. Titus had a perfect opportunity to put his support behind Bassianus the virtuous son, though the younger and even knew that Lavinia and Bassianus were in love (that means he could have made Lavinia a queen at the same time), but he was such a fool for tradition that he brainlessly supported the evil son. So I guess you could say Titus is also a poor judge of character any idiot could see that Bassianus would make a much better emperor than his spoiled, whiney older brother.

I’d say Lisa is right Take Christope out the video and it becomes pettry flat. The guy is not exactly flexing any muscles of achievement here we can all grow hair! It’s just an interesting way to document a period of time I think if a grandparent of mine sat me down and showed me something like this from his/her travels, it would be a brilliant way to see a year of someone’s life! As for seeing someone take a photo of themselves and cringing, I’d say that’s probably your problem Jared!

la quantit di pgoiloni presnete su schermo non mi sembra di molto superiore rispetto a uc, anche le texture sono leggermente migliori.ci che invece mi lascia piacevolmente impressionato la gestione degli effetti di luce, vera forza della console nintendo (lo ripeter fino alla nausea).ci mi fa ben sperare poich una buona illuminazzione, a contrario di quanti credono il contrario (e sono molti), in grado di infondere realismo e suggestivit pi di quanto non facciano pgoiloni e texture.se alla capcom hanno capito questo, saranno in grado di presentare titoli graficamente soddisfacenti nonstante le lmitazioni hardware (che poi, se ci fate caso, quanto stanno facendo alla highvoltage con the conduit).

It is very true. Unfortunately 100% of the times the T gets meshed with the LGB even tuhgoh the challenges are extremely different. And as far as my experience goes (which I have to says is not a lot) people within the LGB community that are fighting for rights are not even aware/familiar/tolerant/open with the T.

I know, I know! I’m definitely in the minority here but that album – like a few other very popular albums this year – didn’t quite grab me as much.

I’ll definitely revisit it though. That’s the problem with these lists — it’s so easy to overlook totally deserving albums.
